Orders received Monday to Thursday after 12.30pm will be dispatched the following business day.
Orders received between Thursday 12.30pm and Friday 12.30pm will be dispatched on Friday.
For general item orders received after 12.30pm on Friday and over the weekend your order will be processed for delivery and dispatched on Monday..
Delivery of our bulkier products can take 2-3 days from when dispatched.
South Island deliveries will be on an overnight delivery. North Island deliveries will be on a 2 day service.
New Zealand: For every order of a value inferior at NZ$100, a shipping cost of $10 will be added. For every order of a value of NZ$100 or more, shipment will be free of charge.
Australia: For every order of a value inferior at NZ$250, a shipping cost of $20 will be added. For every order of a value of NZ$250 or more, shipment will be free of charge.
USA and Canada: For every order, a shipping cost of $40 will be added.

Your Clogger gear should be right for you. If for some reason it’s not and you need to return an item, then we’re here to help.
- Unworn and saleable merchandise may be returned within 30 days of purchase for an exchange or refund provided it’s accompanied by an original Clogger sales receipt and is in the original packaging with all original tags still attached.
- Worn, damaged or altered merchandise can’t be exchanged or refunded.
- If the merchandise is faulty, we’ll meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy in terms of a refund, exchange or credit.
- When requesting a refund on an entire order, your original shipping fee will be refunded also.
- Shipping costs will not be refunded for partial order returns.
- Any garments returned for exchange or refund are returned at the purchasers expense – that is, the customer pays for the courier or postage back to Clogger. We’ll cover the cost of sending replacement items to the original purchaser. We cannot refund courier or postage costs unless the item is faulty.
